This is because the "new" posts. Are rubbish. Made from inferior steel, thin & soft. Old posts were made better & last. Worth every effort to save them

My take on this machine……here’s a 10’s of thousands of dollars machine making a $1 post into a $3 post. At a rate of 100 posts per hour you might break even in 5 years, including paying an operator and machine maintenance…… prove me wrong….

You should get in touch with Blaze Aid re straightening the posts they replace

After building such a awesome machine to fix the star picks now would be awesome to build a system to coat them black again like new with rust gard or something 😀

Was only talking about this bloke yesterday as I was pulling out old bent ones.. need them straightened haha
